Recipes – Beef Stroganoff My Way

My family loves this Beef stroganoff Recipe, especially when it is done My Way. This recipe is a twist on the typical Beef Stroganoff Recipe. But when it’s Beef Stroganoff My Way. it’s always a hit!

Where This Beef Stroganoff Recipe Came From

Years ago, while vacationing up North in Minnesota and we had dinner at a rustic restaurant whose name escapes me. (This was so many years ago.) At any rate I have always loved Beef Recipes and Beef Stroganoff was the special of the night. Naturally I ordered it and when it arrived, I was shocked – no noodles! This Recipe was made with wild rice. After all, it was upper Minnesota! I loved it and the Chef was kind enough to show me how he made it. From that time on, I have modified a bit because I don’t always have wild rice on hand, but it is still delicious.
